Both were thoroughly professional and friendly. Great care was taken manoeuvring the old cylinder out of the house and taking the new one up the stairs to the airing cupboard.

Paul and his team were our plumbers when we had our house renovated. They are really professional and so easy to get along with. The work has been too quality, Paul has always been quick to respond if there have been any little niggles to sort out.

Paul also gave good advice on some of our fittings, I wanted black taps but was advised because of the hard water they wood tarnish really quickly - so it’s saved us money in the long run.
