Boilers and Heating Services Dunmow
The project in Dunmow was listed and the existing ground floor joists were not allowed to be cut or notched due to its listing. We opted for a bespoke underfloor heating system overlaying the existing floor joists with a 22mm Birch ply and routing in grooves for our pipes to sit in. This was then finished with a solid timer flooring. It was very efficient and quick to warm up as the pipes were directly under the finished floor.
